Developer VI GROUP has prepared another stage of its RNDZ project. It is coming to the market with the RNDZ 2 in Rača, Bratislava. VI Group is revitalising the previously unused neglected plot of land into a residential area.

The RNDZ 2 project consists of two blocks. Block A will be a five-floor building with a separate entrance, while Block B will be an eight-floor building with a main entrance through the arcade.

There are 69 housing units and 4 apartments in the project. The offer includes up to 12 four-room apartments, which reflect the demand for larger family living. Together with the three-room units, these apartments make up almost a third of the entire project. By this concept, RNDZ 2 responds to the growing interest in this segment. Parking capacity will be provided by 62 underground and 37 outdoor parking spaces.

All apartments have a balcony, terrace or front garden. Selected units on the highest floors will be pre-prepared for air conditioning, and all apartment units will be equipped with recuperation. The buildings are equipped with extensive green roofs.

The Východné part of the Rača district, historically known as Rendez, is one of the quiet parts of Bratislava close to vineyards and forests.

The construction of the project is planned for the first quarter of 2025 and its completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. The sale of apartments has officially started.
