Immocap has acquired bank financing from Tatra Banka for its apartment buildings, Záhradnícka and Kvarter in Bratislava. In total, it has secured up to €44 million for its residential projects during 2024.

Tatra Banka will provide €8 million in loan financing for the Záhradnícka project and €15 million for the Kvarter project.

Overall, the ending year for Immocap is marked by several activities on projects in Bratislava. The developer has fully started the construction of the Millhaus apartment building in Mlynské nivy and started work on the Záhradnícka project in the location of the former site of the Henkel company. In the new year, it plans to start construction of the energy-efficient mixed-use building Kvarter on Jégého Street and share with the public news about the upcoming Nový Istropolis project on the junction of Trnavské mýto.

Immocap is a real estate developer with almost 30 years of experience, focusing mainly on Bratislava.  Specialists from Immocap believe that even residential projects cannot be monofunctional, so to bring residents the desired comfort, they combine several functions such as workspace, culture, services, or high-quality public spaces. In the horizon of the next 7 years, Immocap plans to bring new working and residential spaces with a size of more than 200,000 sqm.
