Bluehouse sold the Korso Karviná shopping centre (in the Northern Moravian region of the Czech Republic, east of Ostrava) to local investor Conseq Investment Management in this year’s first shopping centre transaction on the Czech market.
JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Marynarska Point 2 in Warsaw. The total area of the 11-floor office building amounts to over 13,000 sqm.
CBRE Czech Republic has taken over the property management of the Novo Plaza shopping centre in Prague, starting 1 January 2021. The property offers 27,500 sqm of space, comprising a retail centre with a GLA of 21,500 sqm including retail, office, storage and support areas and a hypermarket with a GLA of 6,000 sqm, anchored by Tesco. The shopping centre has 710 underground and 140 surface-level parking spaces.
Marynarska Point 2, an office building in Warsaw owned by Bluehouse Capital, is currently undergoing refurbishment. As part of the work underway, its reception lobby will be fully remodelled. The building’s surroundings will also be redesigned.
Oxenwood Real Estate, the UK and European real estate investment management firm, has acquired a newly developed logistics facility near Warsaw from a joint venture between Panattoni Europe and Bluehouse Capital for €13.5 million.

Kucera Logistics Group Sp. z o.o Sp. K. has decided to open a new distribution centre at Panattoni Park Pruszków V. The tenant will occupy nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space in the new location. AXI IMMO represented Kucera Logistics Group in the transaction.
In the Go! Park Handlowy in Jasło, Poland, Dealz will open its shop. The chain's premises will occupy 520 sqm. The retail park is scheduled to open in June 2023.
Keen Property Management, which manages Galeria Victoria in Wałbrzych, Poland, has signed a contract with a new tenant. The new shop of the Dutch discount chain Action will have an area of 900 sqm. The planned opening date is the second quarter of 2023.

Daniel Cateliu has been appointed as Director in the Industrial & Logistics department of real estate consultancy CBRE Romania. He is currently pursuing an EMBA at the University of Sheffield in the UK. Cateliu is a graduate of the Faculty of Political Sciences within the SNSPA, subsequently following a master's program and earning an Erasmus scholarship at the University of Trieste in Italy.
Oscar Kazanelson - the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ROBYG - has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vantage Development. This is related to the decision to build synergies within the TAG Immobilien Group.
