Britain’s Poseidon Group and Belgium’s Mitiska REIM has sold Capitol Park Rakovica, the largest retail park in Belgrade, to Israel’s BIG CEE Group. The transaction closed in December 2019. CMS Belgrade advised the sellers.
At the beginning of December, Delta Holding will launch the construction of a new office building, Delta House in Belgrade which will house the company's future headquarters, local media reports. Serbia's Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has issued a permit for the construction of the Kula Belgrade tower to Belgrade Waterfront, the developer of the Serbian capital’s largest real estate project, local media reports.
Just before the end of 2018, GTC S.A. signed €94.6 million new loan agreements certifying the financial solidity of the company. The refinancing was granted to three prime projects of the developer and asset manager – GTC White House in Budapest, FortyOne in Belgrade, and Artico in Warsaw.
