Adventum Group has entrusted JLL advisors with the commercialisation of the retail and service section of the Sky Tower multifunctional complex in Wrocław.

Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as property manager for Sky Tower, the tallest building in Wrocław, acquired by Adventum Group in March 2022. Savills previously advised on the acquisition of the property.

Adventum Group, the CEE focused real estate investment manager, has signed contracts to acquire 18 retail park assets in the Czech Republic and Hungary anchored by Tesco in a €280 million transaction. The app. 360,000 sqm portfolio will be a significant addition to its growing portfolio of assets across the core CEE countries including Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. A banking consortium of OTP Bank Plc. and Erste Group (Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Bank Hungary Zrt.) has entered into a new €150 million acquisition facility to finance the acquisition of the portfolio. The acquisition facility was arranged by OTP Bank and Erste Bank.

Adventum Group, the CEE focused real estate investment manager, has reached a significant milestone in its history with the approval of the co-investment by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The closing of the partnership is expected to complete by the end of May 2022.

This is the seventh investment of the group in Poland. The 212 meters high landmark building is one of the best-known towers across the country.

Investment transactions in Romania exceeded €540 million in the first nine months of 2021, with around half being closed only in the third quarter, according to property consultancy Colliers Romania. 

Adventum Investment Fund Management, the CEE-focused real estate investment manager, has completed the second close of its latest fund, Penta in October 2021. The second acquisition of the Fund is the Mercedes Benz Headquarters in Warsaw which was developed in 2004 by the Daimler Group.

CEE focused real estate investment manager Adventum has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as the property manager for its new acquisition Marynarska Point I.

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

Savills Investment Management has completed the disposal of Marynarska Point I, an office property located in Warsaw to an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
