CEE focused real estate investment manager Adventum has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as the property manager for its new acquisition Marynarska Point I.

Marynarska Point I, which is located at 15B Postępu Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, comprises a total of 13,270 sqm of modern office space and retail units on the ground floor. The tenants of the BREEAM In-Use Excellent certified building include Generali.

Savills has been the property manager for the building since mid-2019 and will continue in this role for the new owner.

“We had an opportunity to act as the property manager for the building when the redevelopment of Marynarska Street was still underway. We are pleased to continue in this capacity also now when tenants are able to use the improved transport infrastructure in the vicinity and to fully enjoy the advantages of this prime location,” says Wioletta Nowotnik, Head of Office Property Management, Savills Poland.

Founded in 2006, Adventum Group is a fund manager focused on Central European real estate investments, with more than €500 million in assets under management. It has so far executed investments with a total value of €1.5 billion.
