Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as property manager for Sky Tower, the tallest building in Wrocław, acquired by Adventum Group in March 2022. Savills previously advised on the acquisition of the property.

Sky Tower is a mixed-use complex located at 95 Powstańców Śląskich in Wrocław. With 212 metres in height, it is the tallest skyscraper in the city and one of the tallest in Poland. It has close to 30,000 sqm of modern office space, approximately 24,000 sqm of retail and service space, and 250 luxury apartments.

“Wrocław is one of Poland’s key regional property markets. We are delighted that we will have the pleasure of delivering property management services for such a landmark building in the capital city of the Lower Silesian province. Sky Tower is a prime mixed-use complex that will continue to evolve in the near future to offer the highest level of comfort and user experience,” says Marta Mikołajczyk-Pyrć, Head of Retail & Mixed-Use Property Management, Savills Poland.

Sky Tower was acquired by Olimp Investment, a subsidiary of Adventum Group, from its developer Develia for €84.27 million. The transaction was finalised in March 2022 following the preliminary agreement signed in September 2021. Develia sold its entire stake in the title to the property (79.55 per cent). Savills provided commercial advisory on the acquisition of Sky Tower by Adventum Group.

“This transaction saw our client acquire an attractive investment product which is one of the most iconic commercial buildings outside of Warsaw,” says Marek Paczuski, Director, Deputy Head of Investment, Savills Poland.
