Belgian developer Atenor says it has agreed on a bilateral promise with CEE-focused real estate investment manager Adventum Group for the sale of the office complex @Expo in Bucharest. The promise is under the suspensive condition of the signing of a share purchase agreement by the end of Q1 2023, Atenor announced in a press release.

This would be the second office project purchased by Adventum Group from Atenor in Bucharest, following the purchase of Hermes Business Campus for around €140 million.

@Expo is an office complex composed of three office buildings totaling around 48,900 sqm of leasable office and retail space.

The two first buildings have been completed in 2022, whilst the third, high-rise, building is set to be finalized Q1 2023. The finalized office buildings are leased to renowned tenants as Deutsche Telekom and GameLoft. At the same time, the developer is looking to pre-lease the office tower.

The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
  • Natland Group has committed to its long-term presence at Prague-based Rohan Business Center through a lease extension covering 2,004 sqm of office space, together with storage facilities and dedicated parking spaces, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.
