Real estate developer London Partners is to invest €26 million in SoHo Unirii residential project in Central Bucharest, which will have a total of 236 apartments. Construction works started this summer and completion is scheduled for Q1 2019.
One United Properties, a real estate developer specialised in Bucharest residential property, will issue €20 million worth of 4-year bonds through private placement, fully funded by co-management by Credit Value Investments in Poland. The money will be spent on the company existing and new residential developments.
A new concept of modern living for students and young professionals in Brno has opened its doors. DOMEQ offers 159 rooms and apartments for 309 residents. It is located in Ponávka Business Park and a part of the residency will be allocated specifically to students and interns from the local firms in the area. A new residential complex, comprising 1,000 apartments in four phases, is being built in the Domenii area of Bucharest, requiring a total investment volume of €80 million. The developer of the scheme is DVD Residential Imobiliare, owned by businessmen Dan Sucu (owner of Mobexpert Group) and Valentin Visoiu (owner of Conarg Group).
Following the expansion in Budapest, Krakow and Warsaw, Cordia has re-entered the Romanian capital with a 400 apartment development. Futureal Group’s residential subsidiary acquired 13 plots with a total area of 15,336 sqm in Bucharest where the project will be developed.
Rossmann drugstore, Itaka travel agency and Świat Pierogów restaurant have joined the group of tenants at the Silwana retail park in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The premises leased by Rossmann will cover an area of 550 sqm, while Świat Pierogów will occupy a space of 65 sqm.
CCC and HalfPrice are joining the tenants of Pasaż Ciechanowski. The brands will occupy a total of more than 2,500 sqm. The opening of the retail park in Ciechanów is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Media Expert chain has joined the group of tenants at Nowa Sukcesja. The electromarket will occupy an area of over 900 sqm in the Łódź facility. The opening of Nowa Sukcesja is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.
