Romanian developer Redport Capital will start this fall the construction of the third phase of The Level Apartments complex in northern Bucharest. The company says it has already pre-sold 40% of the apartments in the new phase that will be completed following an €12 million investment.

The third phase of the project will include 105 apartments and 118 parking spaces. The apartment buildings will be fitted with solar panels in a bid to reduce the cost of utilities for residents and to lower the carbon footprint of the development.

Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, Managing Director of Redport Capital, says the development is part of the developer’s vision to transform the Străulești area in a reference residential development pole.

The fourth phase of The Level Apartments project is expected to be launched by the end of next year and will include approximately 275 apartments, with an investment of €28 million. To date, Redport Capital has delivered 175 apartments in the project following an investment of €16 million.
