Property developer Interdraw, owned by entrepreneur Ulisse Gheduzzi, has obtained the building permit for a new residential complex in Bucharest that will be developed following an investment of more than €30 million. 

Opus Land Development says it will invest approximately €50 million this year in the construction of about 500 new homes in the residential complex Cosmopolis based in the northern part of Bucharest region.

Despite the lack of significant changes in credit availability, high inflation and rising prices, residential property sales in the last quarter of 2022 bettered the previous quarter’s performance. Sales growth was recorded in each of the six major markets with an average q-o-q of 29%, says JLL advisory agency. 

Property developer Cordia Romania, part of Futureal group, says it has obtained the occupancy permit for the second phase of Parcului20, its residential complex based in northern Bucharest. 

The potential development of residential for rent (PRS) in Bucharest could reach 5,000 units by 2025, according to real estate consultancy Colliers Romania.

Brno-based developer Domoplan will start to build over 400 flats in a new residential area in Brno next year. The Brixx project will offer housing for around 1,000 people and will cost around €169 million, the developer announced, according to a report by ČTK.

Romanian developer One United Properties has obtained the building permit for One Lake District, a large-scale sustainable residential development with 2,076 apartments in Bucharest. The project has a gross development value of around €337.7 million.
