Lucian Butnaru, the owner of the SelfPay payment company, has started two build-to-rent projects in northern Bucharest that will target renters in the premium residential segment.
The first project will feature a residential building with 52 apartments for rent that will also have a mix of facilities. The project is currently in the approval phase, according to profit.ro.
In Voluntari locality, near Bucharest, Butnaru is developing an 8-villa complex that will also be available to rent. The project is slated for delivery in September 2024.
Previously, the entrepreneur has completed an office project in Bucharest and has renovated a historical villa in the central part of the city.
