Alto Real Estate has presented the shape of the Florian Residence residential project, which is being built on a brownfield site in the centre of Bratislava's Old Town. In the first phase, 73 apartments will be available. The construction is then preliminary scheduled to be completed in 2025. 

Residential sales in the Bucharest and Ilfov area were only 3.8% smaller in Q3 2023 than those registered in Q3 2022, which was a record year, according to a SVN Romania report.

Geosan Development has completed the construction of the Residence Neklanka 2 project in Prague 5 near Anděl. The residence comprises three vila-domes located in a garden on the border between the original residential development and the forest in Radlické údolí, Geosan Development announced.

There will be lofts built on the premises of the former Svornost' letterpress factory on the corner of Račianska and Kominarska streets in Bratislava. The building is not listed, but it is still in good condition. In these weeks, reconstruction works are being started, which will turn it into a multifunctional project Lofty Kominárska, writes the web portal yimba.sk.

Brno-based Domoplan from the Fipox Group continues its expansion into Southern Europe. Developer Immocap plans to bring six residential projects in the next ten years in the most lucrative districts of Bratislava - Old Town, New Town and Ružinov. In total, there will be 1,500 flats offering quality, design as well and energy-efficient and sustainable housing, Immocap announced. 

Romanian investment company Meta Estate Trust has entered into a partnership for the development of a premium boutique residential project in Bucharest. The company will invest €1.4 million in the project comprising 21 apartments that will be completed within the next 12 months.
