The Pri Studničke project near the Bratislava Forest Park has reached the threshold of 50% of apartments sold. The project is already under construction.
There are 88 apartments and residential suites in four apartment buildings in the project. The area of the apartments ranges from 31.8 to 113.3 sqm.
The location is what attracts interested parties to invest, confirms Eva Voldřichová, project manager at Studnička Development and adds: "At the same time, it leads us to the decision to raise the prices of the remaining apartments."
Demolition of the surfaces - sidewalks and roads on the property - is currently being completed. Piling and digging of the construction pit also began. The anticipated completion of construction is planned for April 2026.
