PSN has completed the renovation of an apartment building from the 1930s. The BackYard Dejvice project in Prague has been targeted at the young generation and investors. The project is approved for use and is already sold out.

Romanian developer One United Properties said its residential sales and pre-sales volumes totaled €57.1 million in Q1 2024, down by around 10% year-on-year.

Futureal Group’s subsidiary, Cordia Zrt. has kicked off its new mega project called Marina City, aiming to build 2,500 apartments, recreational facilities and several amenities on a former industrial site at the river Danube. The HUF 400 billion (€1 billion) project is a landmark development in the northern part of the Hungarian capital.

Ostrava is dynamically changing for the better, partly through civic initiatives but mainly thanks to key development investments with the support of the city. One of the basic conditions for the revival of the city centre is also an increase in the number of residents. Currently, a private investor is planning construction on a brownfield at the intersection of Stodolní, Porážková and Masná streets. The city selected the location as its development area and put out a tender for the land. The winning project was Rezidence Stodolní from the development company Linkcity.

YIT has completed the third residential stage of Tornio, which expanded the multifunctional complex Lappi Hloubětín in Prague 9 with 79 new apartments. Almost half of the units are currently sold out.

IBB Holding Romania, founded by Romanian entrepreneur Ion Crăciunescu, has started the development of a new residential complex in Pipera, near northern Bucharest, which will have a market value of around €160 million.

Geosan Development is launching another series of apartments in the Radimova Břevnov Residence in Prague 6. The developer has sold over 60% of the apartments in the project so far.

YIT's Happi Milánská project in Horní Měcholupy in Prague 15 has been approved for use by authorities. The company built the project using a system of prefabricated concrete elements.

Property group NEPI Rockcastle has completed its first residential project in Romania. The Bucharest-based Vulcan Residence complex features 254 apartments and has been delivered with an 80% sale rate.

Nexo Group, a Romanian full-service group for real estate development, construction, and housing installations, will invest €10 million in the construction of villas in Pipera area, near northern Bucharest.
