UBM Development Czechia has received the building use approval for the Astrid Garden residential project in Prague's Holešovice. The new owners are moving in in the autumn of 2024.

Nusco Imobiliara says it has sold 75% of the second phase of its urban regeneration development Nusco City based in northern Bucharest.

Residential broker North Bucharest Investments (NBI) says it has concluded over 520 real estate transactions in H1 2024, up by 30% compared to the same period of last year.  

Developer Immocap has confirmed the acquisition of the plot right in front of the railway station Bratislava - Nové Mesto, Yimba.sk reports. The previous owner, Merius, has planned to build the Semiramis residential project on this exposed land between the station and the Kuchajda Lake.

The permitting process has started for the first urban rental housing projects that PDS (Prague Development Company) is preparing for the capital city. Before the end of June 2024, PDS has submitted complete documentation and applications for building permits or zoning decisions for approximately 450 housing units.

Edvin Properties is a newcomer to the Slovak real estate market. Its project of Mýtna 37 apartment building in Bratislava's Old Town has received a binding opinion from the capital, rather fast - within six months. 

In New Belgrade, on a plot of land about 4 kilometres from the city centre, Czech developer UDI Group has completed the first of 11-floor apartment buildings with 269 apartments. It is undergoing building use approval now with the new owners moving in in August and September.

More than 77,200 homes were sold in Romania during H1 2024, up by 16% compared to the same period from 2023, while in Bucharest-Ilfov area the growth stood at 25%, according to a report by SVN Romania based on official statistics.

Residential sales in Bucharest were up 27% in June 2024 compared to the same month of last year.
