 
				Redstone has completed the acquisition of the Olympia Olomouc shopping centre at the end of September. The seller is CCPEPF Poland Intermediate S.à r.l., which is part of the Catalyst Capital investment and management group.
Olympia Olomouc offers more than 31,000 sqm of rentable space and is the largest shopping centre in the eastern part of the city of Olomouc. The centre consists of more than 50 business units, restaurants and services. Visitors can find brands such as H&M, C&A, DATART, Sportisimo, Half Price, Albert, dm drogerie, KFC and multiplex cinema CINEMAX.
It also includes a large parking lot with a capacity of 1,384 spaces. Olympia Olomouc has been in existence since 2004 and in 2015 underwent a significant renovation, which included the modernisation of the interiors and the expansion of entertainment zones.
