Panattoni Europe has signed a lease with Multidekor, maker of professional ornaments and festive lighting solutions for cities and shopping malls. The transaction covers 22,600 sqm of warehouse and production space at the planned Panattoni Park Konotopa II. The development is set to commence this autumn, and will be completed in April 2018.

Multidekor chose Panattoni Park Konotopa II as the location for its new headquarters. The company has just leased 22,600 sqm there. The space will be divided into the warehousing section with 15,000 sqm, the production section with 6,000 sqm, as well as the office and staff section which will take up 1,600 sqm. At the new address, Multidekor is planning to set up the most technologically advanced machine park in the entire industry, which will deliver festive lighting projects for facilities located not only in Poland, but also in the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Germany, the United Kingdom, France and Hungary.

Panattoni Park Konotopa II will be built on the outskirts of Warsaw, with total space of 30,800 sqm. Construction works will commence in the autumn of 2017 and the building will be commissioned in April 2018. It will be the developer’s second facility to be built in the vicinity of the Konotopa motorway junction, the first being Panattoni Park Konotopa–Warszawa featuring close to 50,000 sqm.

Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director of Panattoni Europe, comments: “The enormous interest of businesses in this location can be evidenced by the fact that the first complex we built has been fully leased, and at that by clients representing various business sectors. We have recently sold Panattoni Park Warszawa–Konotopa, which proves that the industrial space sector in this region is very attractive for institutional investors, too. In view of the prime conditions in the lease market and interest in the Warsaw region, we have decided to develop Panattoni Park Konotopa II. And already with the first transaction with Multidekor, the majority of space in the facility has been leased.”

The logistics and warehouse centre Panattoni Park Konotopa II will be located in the Ożarów Mazowiecki gmina in the Warsaw regionm where the A2 motorway turns into the bypass of Warsaw – roads S8 and S2.
