Panattoni has finished the last stage of Panattoni Park Sulechów III. The centre has been developed for BestSecret clothing distributor. The building has a total area of 136,000 sqm, which makes it one of the largest logistics centres in the region.

BestSecret to lease additional 46,000 sqm from Panattoni
Panattoni has started further construction for BestSecret, a European online distributor of off-price fashion. The company took the already delivered 90,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Sulechów III into operations in March. As part of the facility expansion, the new contract involves – building an additional 43,323 sqm of warehouse space and 2,632 sqm of office space.

Panattoni has begun construction in Sulechów of nearly 90,000 sqm for BestSecret - European members-only online destination for premium and luxury off-price fashion. The cornerstone laying ceremony took place on September 15th.

Best Secret to take up 90,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Sulechów III
German online fashion distributor BestSecret will take up almost 90,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Sulechów III with the option to further expand by another 42,000 sqm. The development will be handed over in stages between January and June 2023.

New leases
- Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
- Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
