Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 23 March, and completion of the investment is scheduled for August 2017.

Panattoni Europe is to develop another project for DSV Solutions, a company specialising in comprehensive warehouse logistics solutions. This time, a new logistics centre will be built in Pęcice, Michałowice commune (Warsaw region), as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The facility will be erected on a 7.17 ha site and will total 25,000 sqm, including 1,100 sqm of office space. The project will feature LED lighting, an intelligent secure system, as well as a mezzanine and an above-standard number of parking spaces for both cars and trucks. The tenant will be able to launch operations from the new venue as early as August 2017. The lease was mediated by experts from JLL, and the general contractor of the investment is Kajima Poland.

The project in Pęcice is another lease transaction between Panattoni Europe and DSV Group, bringing the total space covered by these transactions to 127,000 sqm once it is completed. The other significant investments in the Warsaw area are based in Teresin, where the company occupies 36,300 sqm, Janki – 25,000 sqm and in Pruszków – 11,200 sqm. Moreover, DSV Group leases space in Łódź, Krakow, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Czeladź, and outside of Poland – in the Czech Republic, where Panattoni Europe delivered 36,424 sqm.

The new logistics centre will be situated near the intersection of ul. Sokołowska and ul. Piachy, which guarantees a connection to the national road S8, linking up with the S2, as well as the A2 motorway.
