Panattoni Europe is developing a warehouse facility for DSV Solutions. The investment spanning nearly 25,000 sqm is being built at Panattoni Park Janki II and will be delivered to the tenant as early as the beginning of August 2017. The lease was mediated by JLL.
The company specialising in comprehensive warehouse logistics solutions will use its facility in Panattoni Park Janki II for logistics processes. The tenant will take up close to 25,000 sqm in the part of the park which is currently under development. The warehousing section will account for 23,820 sqm, while office space – more than 1,000 sqm. The modern building will enable the tenant to handle all planning processes, starting with warehouse operations, through to stock management and distribution. The investment will be handed over to DSV Solutions at the beginning of August 2017, but the company has been guaranteed early, pre-commissioning access to the facility already from the beginning of July. Experts from JLL advised DSV in the search process for new space and in negotiating the terms of the lease.
Panattoni Park Janki II is a modern warehouse complex which will comprise two warehouse halls totalling in excess of 32,000 sqm. The park is located 15 km from Warsaw city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the Sokołowska junction on the S8 expressway, which connects the S2 expressway with national road no 7 leading towards Krakow and Slovakia.
