Panattoni Europe has completed the construction of two warehousing facilities with a total area of approximately 42,500 sqm for Raben Logistics Poland. The logistics’ new branch was built as a part of Panattoni Park Grodzisk III and is adapted to store approx. 50,000 pallets. The facility employs over 300 people and is able to serve over 85,000 shipments a day.

The newly opened branch in Chlebnia consists of two separate warehouse facilities: the so-called low cross-dock warehouse with an area of approx. 8,000 sqm, and a high-storage warehouse with an area of 34,000 sqm, able to accommodate about 50,000 pallets. It is a key location for clients focusing on logistic service for both Warsaw and the domestic market,” says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni Europe.

Every day, the facility is able to serve over 4,000 shipments and accept, unload and load approx. 265 cars. In addition, the new location includes an office building with a usable area of 2,600 sqm and a car park with 214 spaces for passenger cars and 65 spaces for heavy goods vehicles. Total employment in Chlebnia is currently 315 people in the office and warehouse, the branch cooperates with 60 carriers who employ 279 drivers
