At the beginning of this month the owner of Kupiec Poznański has signed an agreement to modernise the office part of the building. The scope of works includes a creation of reception area dedicated to office space that will be independent from the shopping centre part. Moreover new modern lifts will be introduced and common areas on the office floors will be rearranged according to design project provided by Kostka&Kurka architectural studio. The concept and scope of changes have been prepared by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland who is the exclusive leasing agent of the building and its property manager. The works are scheduled to finish in February 2018.

„The start of the modernisation works in Kupiec Poznański is another step taken by the landlord in order to meet the needs of current and future tenants of the office part. While working on the concept of changes our goal was to create a separate entrance to the office independent from the shopping centre. The new reception located directly in front of the tram stop on Strzelecka Street will meet this requirement. Moreover, the new modern lifts and the modernised lift lobbies, toilets and corridors will give a new feeling of the building”, commented Adrian Bojczuk, Associate Director in office agency department in BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Kupiec Poznański is a mixed-use retail and office project with a total space of 20.5 thousand square metres, where 10 thousand square metres is dedicated to offices located on the 3 top floors of the building. The building has 6 stories and an underground floor with a parking for cars and bikes. Kupiec Poznański is easily accessible thanks to 2 tram stops located directly next to the building.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
