Polish residential developer ATAL has launched sales for the second phase of its ATAL Jasieny scheme in Gdańsk, offering 72 homes across 22 buildings in the Jaśień district. The units, ranging from 26 to 101 sqm, are spread across terraced and semi-detached houses designed to maximise natural light. The mix includes one-, three-, four- and five-room apartments, with 14 studio units also available. Completion is planned for the second half of 2028, while phase one has already received its occupancy permit.
"We are expanding our Trójmiasto portfolio with a project aimed primarily at families. In ATAL Jasieny II, three- and four-room apartments predominate, and there are also two five-room units. The offer is complemented by 14 studios for those seeking smaller spaces who also value the scheme's location," said Agnieszka Majkusiak, director general for sales and marketing at ATAL.
Each building will have separate entrances for individual homes to preserve privacy. Upper-floor units will have balconies, while ground-floor apartments will feature gardens and terraces. The landscaping includes rain gardens serving a water-retention function, and a dedicated dog park is also planned for residents with pets.
The development is situated 8 km from Gdańsk city centre, near Lake Jaśień and Otomin, with a bus stop directly adjacent to the site and the Trójmiasto ring road a few minutes away. A grocery store, nursery, crèche and the Morski Park Handlowy retail centre are all within walking distance. Prices range from zł10,500 to zł13,000 per sqm in developer-standard finish, with turnkey fit-out available through three ATAL Design packages: Classic, Comfort and Premium.
This year marks ATAL's tenth year of activity in the Trójmiasto area, where it has completed nine projects and has a further ten under way, having sold more than 2,000 homes in the region. Earlier in 2026, ATAL strengthened its regional presence by acquiring local developer Budner and its assets.
