Institutional investors have subscribed to bonds of Echo Investment with a total value of PLN 180 million (€38.4 million). The developer will use the funds raised to redeem existing bonds and strengthen the company's leadership position in the Polish real estate market.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is extending a €30 million mezzanine loan facility to DL Invest Group, a Polish real estate developer and investor focused on commercial real estate. The mezzanine loan will support the development of sustainable industrial and logistics real estate projects in Polish regions.

Resi4Rent has secured a €50 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for new investments in the institutional rental market in cities hosting refugees from Ukraine, the company said. This is the first EBRD financing for the institutional rental sector (PRS) in Poland.

MLP Group has successfully carried out a public offering of Series F shares by way of a private placement, directed exclusively to qualified investors and investors subscribing for shares worth no less than the equivalent of €100,000. Based on an accelerated bookbuild process, the issue price of Series F shares was set at PLN 70.

British investment company Verdion has sold the building that houses the headquarters of US courier company UPS for Eastern Europe. The 13,600 sqm building has been bought by Safichem Invest, which is backed by Czech owners. Neither party has disclosed the purchase price. The transaction was reported by HN.cz

Ghelamco has announced that it has signed an agreement to sell Plac Vogla, a retail and service center in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. Investment group LCP Properties, which also acquired the Prochownia Łomianki retail park from the developer in October this year, has become the new owner of the building. The price has not been disclosed.

French company Groupama Gan REIM, on behalf of the SCPI Affinités Pierre, has acquired the Green Court Office complex on Budapest's Váci Road from Codic Hungary. The complex, comprising two buildings, offers 20,181 sqm of office space.
