In 2024, the Echo Investment Group took further steps to diversify its portfolio and strengthen its growth strategy. By the end of the year, the Group maintained a cash reserve of PLN 366 million (ca €87 million), while the total value of its assets exceeded PLN 6.77 billion (ca. €1.6 billion). 

Romanian DIY retailer Dedeman, is set to further extend its national presence with the acquisition of approximately 6 ha of land near Vama Giurgiu, on the border with Bulgaria. 

Martley Capital has completed the sale of Mazovia Plaza, an office building located in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw. The buyer and the price have not been revealed.

Focus Estate Fund has acquired three shopping centers in Poland. The assets' total Gross Leasable Area (GLA) is approximately 46,000 sqm. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. 

The CEE Student Housing Fund of 1 Asset Management has secured a project finance loan of over PLN 150 million from mBank S.A. The financing will support the transformation of 21,000 sqm within the A-class Lipowy Office Park, located in Warsaw’s Ochota district, into coliving spaces tailored for young professionals and students.

iO Partners Hungary successfully advised on the sale of a nearly fully leased office building in Budapest’s Váci Corridor.

German group ECE has abandoned plans to sell the Brno shopping centre Galerie Vaňkovka, reports E15.cz. 

Greenstone, a private equity fund, has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in the Format office building from Torus, becoming the sole owner of the property. This follows Greenstone's initial purchase of an 80% stake in Format in May 2024. Just like in the first transaction, the seller was supported in this process by Cushman & Wakefield. The value of the deal has not been disclosed. 

Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II to Clarion Partners Europe – a company specialising in the investment and management of logistics and industrial properties - for €59 million. 

MLP Group delivered good financial and operational results in 2024, driven by strong warehouse space leasing performance across all its markets. The company reported revenue of PLN 372.4 million (+3% YoY), or €86.5 million (+9% YoY).
