Focus Estate Fund, a fund specializing in non-prime retail properties in Central Europe, announced the acquisition of Island Green Retail Park in Wrexham, United Kingdom. The price of the asset has not been disclosed

IAD's Prvý realitný fond real estate fund has acquired through its real estate company Logis Rugvica d.o.o. a plot of land intended for development in the Sveta Helena area, near the Croatian capital Zagreb. With this project, Prvý realitný fond is successfully starting its activities on the Croatian market.

CPI Property Group has sold the Concept Tower office building in Warsaw to Wood & Company Real Estate Fund. The price has not been discolsed.

Sale prices for properties in Romania’s mountain resorts start at €3,500 - €4,000 per sqm and can go as high as €7,500 sqm, according to a Crosspoint Real Estate report. By contrast, prices can reach €8,000 per sqm in Austrian resorts and around €28,000 per sqm in French mountain resorts.

Focus Estate Fund has finalized the purchase of the Galeria Sandecja shopping centre in Nowy Sącz, Poland. With a total area (GLA) of 17,650 sqm, this is the seventh investment for the fund in the Polish retail sector. The seller of the property, TK Development was represented by Colliers International, while the buy side was backed by Czabański & Gałuszyński, Gleeds and KKLW. The price has not been disclosed. 

For the sixth time, the state is trying to sell the functionalist building in the centre of Prague, reports Newstream.cz. Compared to the last, failed auction, the price has been reduced by CZK 19 million (€76,100).
