Newgate Investment has completed the purchase of a retail park located at 135 Bydgoska Street in Piła. This facility features a leasable area of 15,943 square meters and is situated in a traditionally commercial zone, having previously housed a Tesco hypermarket. The proce has not been disclosed.

A major railway project in Slovenia, aimed at enhancing the capacity of Port Koper, is nearing completion amidst ongoing controversies and skyrocketing costs, according to an analysis by Dr Aleš Pustovrh, Slovenian researcher at the Eastern European Construction Forecasting Association (EECFA).

A consortium of banks, Santander Bank Polska and Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen), has granted AFI a €120 million loan to refinance four PRS projects under the AFI Home brand in Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław. This is one of the largest PRS financing transactions in Poland to date. 

Fio Investment Company has announced the purchase of another property to its Fio real estate fund portfolio. The fund has acquired the Stará Celnice office and retail building in the centre of Prague from German pension fund BVK Europa-Immobilien-Spezialfonds, represented in the transaction by Invesco Real Estate. 

The Natland investment group has become a co-investor and partner of WOOD & Co. in the acquisition of the VIVO! shopping centre and myhive office buildings in Bratislava.
