The companies Eurovea and Eurovea 2 have concluded a syndicated loan agreement with four major banks – Tatra banka, as the agent and arranger of the loan, Komerční banka, a branch of a foreign bank, Slovenská sporiteľňa, and Všeobecná úverová banka.

The financing is intended to refinance existing loans related to the construction and expansion of the Eurovea complex. With the opening of the expansion in 2023, Eurovea became the largest shopping centre in Slovakia.

The credit framework reaches €380 million, with the first drawdown being made in the amount of €324 million. This is historically one of the largest real estate loans provided by the Slovak banking market.

Currently, the complex offers more than 300 shops reaching an area of 85,000 sqm, the largest gastro zone in Slovakia, a cinema with 17 screens, 65,000 sqm of office space, 700 apartments and the first Slovak skyscraper - Eurovea Tower with a height of 168 meters.
