Hungarian state-owned NIPÜF Group has completed another sales transaction with the sale of a nearly 3 ha plot in the Inpark Martonvásár industrial park, located southwest of Budapest. A Hungarian chemical company will build a 4,000 sqm production hall on the property by 2022.

Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor said it has secured two bank loans worth more than €13 million from Libra Bank to start new investments in the Greenfield residential project, located in northern Bucharest. 

LCP has signed a purchase contract for a retail park in Rawa Mazowiecka, located between Warsaw and Łódź. It offers over 2,700 sqm of GLA and 45 parking spaces. The size of the entire plot is over 5,200 sqm. Among the tenants are Kik, Dealz, Martes Sport and CCC.

Romanian billionaire Daniel Dines, the founder of NYSE-listed automation software manufacturer UiPath, is reportedly looking to buy a minority stake in local real estate developer One United Properties before the company's planned IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange next month.

Polish Logistics LLP, a new investment vehicle established by IO Asset Management, the specialist manager of industrial real estate, and REINO Capital, a real estate holding company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with the backing of Grosvenor Group, one of the largest privately-owned international property companies, has completed its first investment – the Logistic City prime logistics park in Piotrków Trybunalski. 

The volume of investments in Romania’s property sector exceeded €140 million in the first four months of 2021 due to a positive market sentiment, according to a report by real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate. 

Globalworth has announced the acquisition of two industrial projects in western Romania for almost €18 million. The company took over Industrial Park West Arad and Industrial Park West Oradea, with a total area of 27,000 sqm that is fully leased. 

Belgian real estate developer Atenor says it struck a deal to sell its Bucharest-based office project Hermes Business Campus to Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager and its partners for an undisclosed sum.

Cushman & Wakefield has summarised Q1 2021 on the Polish investment market. According to the firm’s experts, this year got off to a positive start, with investment volumes 10% above the five-year average for pre-pandemic first quarters.

Cushman & Wakefield has summarised the first quarter of 2021 in the CEE commercial real estate market. Investment volume at the end of the first quarter stands at €2 billion, down by around 20% compared to the same period in 2020.
