The latest investment by Accolade in Poland will be located in Świdnik and provide easy access to the Lublin region. It will offer 54 000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The industrial park in Świdnik will consist of two buildings. The majority of the space was already leased to three companies from the manufacturing and logistics industries. The park will be located just 1 km from the border of the city of Lublin, where Accolade already has another warehouse park. Accolade has been present in the region since 2015, and their investment here will amount to over 130,000 square meters, with the total value of the investment in Lublin voivodeship amounting to €115 million.

CTP Group is aiming to double the size of its pan-European network of business parks to 20 million sqm of leasable space by the end of the decade, over the projected growth of demand across Central and Eastern Europe. 

Panattoni is building another strategic development for the Warsaw market. The developer has been granted €57 million in financing from Bank Pekao SA for the development of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II, which is to become one of the largest business and industrial platforms in the region.

P3 Logistic Parks has announced the contract renewals and extensions for Logistic E Van Wijk and HOPI Logistics, which are some of the longest-standing tenants in the company’s portfolio. The two companies will occupy around 20,538 sqm of logistics spaces and offices within the park. 

CTP has completed two industrial lettings with 12,000 sqm of space at CTP Park Cerhovice. Two speculatively developed sustainable warehouse spaces have been leased to French global automotive supplier Valeo Vymeniky Tepla s.r.o and leading European logistics operator Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o. CTP plans to develop a further 58,000 sqm in this industrial park by the end of 2024, the company announced.

Panattoni has begun construction of a new park in the region of Greater Poland capital: Panattoni Park Poznań East II will be located near the A2 motorway and will comprise 37,000 sqm. The first tenant will be logistics operator GEODIS, occupying 8500 sqm.

Panattoni has been granted €67 million to construct a building as part of Panattoni Park Poznań A2. The development is to be handed over in October this year with the entire area of 82,000 sqm to be leased by a giant from the clothing industry.

MLP Group has signed a new financing agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., whereby the Bank has committed over €19.7 million. The facility will be used to finance and partially refinance the MLP Czeladź project with a target leasable area of approximately 68,000 sqm. The Kycia Legal law firm advised on the transaction.

Regesta S.A., a specialist provider of logistics services, has leased 33,000 sqm in one of the two warehouses of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V. The tenant was advised on the choice of the location and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Part of the Maszoński Group's portfolio, MCG EastBridge will lease nearly 37,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at GLP Kraków Logistics Centre III. AXI IMMO was the advisor in selecting and leasing the location.
