EQUS Parks Holding has announced that the EQUS Park Lovosice project has received its planning permit. The project will offer 25,164 sqm of built-up area.
It will be certified BREEAM "Very Good" and include tenant built-to-suit spaces. EQUS Park Lovosice is located 30 minutes from Prague, with easy access to the D8 highway near a roundabout.
