Polish photovoltaic installation companies Kajima Poland and Hymon have completed the construction of a new solar plant for a facility operated by NGK Ceramics Polska in Dąbrowa Górnicza, southern Poland. 

CTP has signed a 10-year lease for more than 46,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at CTPark Warsaw South to Douglas, one of the European leaders in the omnichannel premium beauty segment.

Martley Capital has completed the sale of two Polish warehouse assets from their Polish value add fund, known as POLAF. The assets are located in Długołęka and in Oleśnica, both in the Wroclaw Industrial Hub. The buyer and the price have not been revealed.

The development of GLP Park Praha Kozomín has been designed to offer retail, logistics, production and research spaces. Work on the park's construction is in full swing with a completion date of this September. 

TVH, a supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction and agricultural machines, has leased nearly 17,000 sqm of modern space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in Silesia region of southern Poland. The penultimate unit at ARETE Park Rokycany I has been completed and handed over to its new tenant, the local subsidiary of the French company Hutchinson. 

The joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors announces the start of construction for City Point Okęcie, an urban logistics facility spanning over 11,000 sqm and located near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The completion date is anticipated for the summer of 2025, with Depenbrock Polska appointed as general contractor.
