An international electronics manufacturer has signed a long-term lease agreement for 26,000 sqm at CTPark Komárom, expanding its production capacity and logistics operations in Hungary.

CTP Hungary has secured two lease agreements with the electronics company, covering 18,000 sqm in one hall and 8,000 sqm in another at CTPark Komárom. The tenant, which already operates assembly, warehousing and logistics activities at the site, is strengthening its Hungarian presence through these long-term contracts.

The new agreements enable the company to expand production capacity and logistics operations simultaneously. Modernisation of the existing buildings is underway, tailored to the tenant's specific needs to ensure facilities continue supporting activities at the highest technical level.

"The expansion of our partner clearly demonstrates that our parks are capable of serving both production and logistics needs simultaneously. We are proud to provide an environment in Komárom where sustainability, flexibility and modern infrastructure all contribute to business growth," said András Kiss, Regional Business Development Lead at CTP Hungary. "The tenant and the flexibility of our buildings are a perfect match: the technical features of the site make it possible to implement unique requirements quickly and efficiently," emphasised Ildikó Mente, CTP Hungary's Business Developer for Western Hungary.

The company will use the BREEAM Very Good certified halls for logistics, production, and warehousing functions.
