Czech investment group SCF has completed the acquisition of two Romanian NEST retail parks from developer RC Europe for nearly €40 million. The transaction marks SCF's entry into its fourth country, expanding its Central European retail portfolio beyond the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

Generali Fond Realit has acquired the Garbe Progresus Park Klášterec I logistics facility in the Czech Republic from Garbe and Progresus.The investment fund, managed by Generali Investments CEE and advised by Generali Real Estate, completed the purchase of the 18,500 sqm property located in the Ústí nad Labem region between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří.

Czech investment group SPM has acquired Campus Science Park, a business complex in Brno, from Corebridge Real Estate Investors (CREI). The complex was developed in phases by CREI in partnership with developer White Star Real Estate.

IAD Investments Fund has completed the acquisition of a logistics property from a European investor and developer for its IAD Real Estate Investment Fund (IAD IRF). The 3,800 sqm facility is located directly adjacent to the runway at M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, with direct connection to the airport's air cargo logistics operations.

Poland has seen one of the fastest residential rental growth rates in the European Union in the last five years, with rental inflation in major cities rising to double-digit levels.
