The publication lists the 50 most influential people on Romania’s real estate market, in addition to a number of interviews and articles providing insight into all market segments. The top 50 list has been put together based on various criteria, such as market share, local and global rankings, past and current market activity, expansion plans, participation in deals that defined 2021 and the first months of 2022, media and event appearances and social media activity.

This year, we also decided to include one additional list, introducing the 10 most active marketing professionals in real estate. Their continued hard work in getting their company’s message across – both inside and outside the industry – plays a major role in the real estate market’s perception within the business sector, so it was high time that they were provided with an opportunity to introduce themselves.

We hope you’ll enjoy reading these pages just as much as we enjoyed creating them and we look forward to the challenges of updating the list in 2023, as we’re sure we’ll have more dealmakers and thought-leaders to choose from than ever before.
