Big Poland has completed the rebranding of its shopping park in Koszalin, which now officially operates under the name Big Koszalin. To mark the occasion, the largest shopping park in the region will host a launch event on 27 August featuring free attractions and a live concert.

Big Koszalin became the company’s 10th retail park in July, expanding Big Poland’s portfolio to nearly 200,000 sqm of gross leasable area. The centre has a retail area of 38,000 sqm and a catchment of around 268,000 residents. It is located at the junction of the S6 expressway, Koszalińska Street and Europejska Avenue, and is accessible by public transport and car.

The park is anchored by a Lidl supermarket (2,000 sqm), a Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket (9,000 sqm) and the region’s only full-size Agata furniture store (11,000 sqm). It also hosts 30 other brands, including Cropp, House, Martes Sport, Diverse, 4F, New Yorker, CCC, Deichmann and Rossmann. Visitors have access to 1,100 parking spaces, EV chargers and a petrol station.

“Big Koszalin is a significant project for us, as the 10th park in our portfolio, it symbolises three years of dynamic growth of the Big Poland brand. We are focused on strengthening its offer, cooperating with tenants and creating attractive events for customers. On 27 August, we invite everyone to a day full of free attractions, ending with a concert by Skolim,” said Eran Levy, CEO of Big Poland.

Big Poland has operated in the local market since 2022 and manages nine commercialised retail parks in cities including Warsaw-Łubna, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, Myszków, Olsztyn and Suwałki. Three more projects are in development in Piła, Olkusz and Konstantynów Łódzki.

Big Poland is part of the international Big Shopping Centers group, which also invests in retail projects in Serbia and Montenegro, and has holdings through AFI Properties in Romania and the Czech Republic. The group is also active in the renewable energy sector.
