Panattoni has leased out 17,000 sqm in Lublin to Stella Pack, one of the largest distributors of chemical cleaning products and a producer of hygiene products. The leasing agreement was brokered by consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate.
7R has obtained financing for expanding the modern logistics complex 7R Park Lublin. The loan agreement has been signed with a syndicate of banks – Santander Bank Polska and mBank. Ultimately, the park will consist of five buildings with a total GLA of nearly 110,000 sqm. Bremer is the General Contractor of the project responsible for the work.
Spiżarnia, a distributor of Polish food to Western European countries, has chosen 7R Park Lublin to locate its new warehouse and offices. The company will occupy one of the five buildings at the planned logistics park. The facility for Spiżarnia, with an area of nearly 22,000 sqm, was developed in the BTS formula and houses three cold stores. The building will be completed in December 2021.
In 2019, Lublin’s total office stock amounted to 191,200 sqm with no new office projects delivered to the market in the last 12 months. In 2017-2018, the city’s office stock expanded by nearly 40% following a period of robust local development activity. Cushman & Wakefield summarised 2019 on Lublin’s office market.
Panattoni continues its investments in Lublin. The planned Panattoni Park Lublin III will consist of four Class A warehouse halls totalling 53,110 sqm. Construction works began last October and the first tenants include well-known logistics operators. They have taken up 12,000 sqm in total.
Lublin’s total office stock remained unchanged at the end of June 2019, flatlining at 191,200 sqm, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Despite the lack of new supply, occupier activity was healthy, which pushed the city’s vacancy rate down to 10.6%, representing a 9.1 pp decrease year-on-year.
MLP Group will build a new logistics park in the vicinity of Lublin. This will be the second centre to be built in this part of Poland by this leading industrial property developer. The facilities slated to be built in this new venue will deliver a total of approximately 51,500 sqm of modern industrial space.

Samsung R&D Institute Poland has extended the lease agreement for its office space in Warsaw Spire. During the negotiation process, the tenant was advised by a team of experts from JLL.
The Ministry of Sport and Tourism has leased a space of over 600 sqm in the Królewska Centre at 142 Marszałkowska St. It is an A-class building located in the centre of Warsaw, opposite the Saski Garden. The lease transaction was brokered by Brochocki Law Firm.
Two new tenants have joined Galeria Echo in Kielce, owned by EPP. Dealz chain shop has leased a unit of nearly 580 sqm. The retail space of the Carrefour hypermarket is more than 4,500 sqm.

Agnieszka Boroń has joined Equilis Poland to take up the post of Development Director. She has worked in the construction and development industry for over 20 years, specialising in residential project management. Prior to joining Equilis Poland, she was programme director at Nexity. Prior to that, she worked in managerial positions at Dom Development.
Agnieszka Baczyńska took up the position of Head of Leasing - Retail in CPIPG. She is responsible for the commercialization of retail facilities from the CPIPG portfolio. Baczyńska also manages the leasing of office space on the buildings owned by CPIPG.
