CTP has successfully issued its second green bond for €400 million, following the company’s inaugural €650 million issue in October. European Logistics Investment BV (ELI) has acquired two warehouse facilities located in Wrocław. ELI, together with its partner Panattoni, plans to further develop the site in order to deliver City Logistics Wrocław North totalling 45,000 sqm of logistics space.

Belgian real estate developer Liebrecht & wooD has launched the Liziera de Lac residential project near Lake Tatarului, located in Calarasi county, southeast of Bucharest. The first residents will be able to move in Q4 2021.
