Diófa Asset Management has appointed Roland Bogár as its new Real Estate Investment Director, the company said in a press release. Bogár has nearly 15 years of real estate experience, during which time he has taken part in numerous property deals in Hungary and in the CEE region. He will now play an active role in coordinating activities related to Diófa's real estate portfolio and in setting the direction of the company's property strategy.

Speedwell, in cooperation with Belgian partner LCV, launches SpacePlus, its first project on the industrial market. SpacePlus comes with units for light industrial and/or logistical usage, addressing corporate tenants that are searching for standardized storage or production units, flexibility in configuration and various additional services/features. The first location is in north-western Bucharest, with direct access from the ring road and close to the exit towards the A1 highway on the one hand, and easy access to and from the city centre of Bucharest via Sos. Belgrade Waterfront developer Eagle Hills has completed structural works on Kula Belgrade. With 168 metres, 42 levels and a total area of about 50,000 sqm, the tower is the tallest building in Serbia and the region.

M7 Real Estate, acting on behalf of M7 CEREF II, acquired a city warehouse in Poznań from a private individual. Avison Young's investment team introduced the property and represented the buyer.
