Real estate developer One United Properties got €50 million in fresh funding for residential projects through a private placement of a senior secured debt note carried out by CC@ONE Properties Invest AG. 

Panattoni is to increase the supply of warehouse space in Bielsko-Biała, an industrial area bordering Silesia and Małopolska. The developer has started construction work on another park in the region - Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV. Three buildings with a combined area of 96,000 sqm are under construction, all of which are to be completed this year. The entire project is being developed in line with the Go Earthwise with Panattoni policy for sustainable development, which means that the project is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of ‘Very Good’. The company’s three other parks in the region have now been fully leased out.

Futureal’s HelloParks continues its development in the western agglomeration of the Hungarian capital, next to the M1 motorway, in Páty. Another building of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan, developed by Skanska, has received its occupancy permit. Phase D provides approx. 39,000 sqm of office space and will be the first investment in the region to apply for the WELL Core&Shell certificate. It is also the only place in Poznan with a pavement made of green concrete that cleans the air.

Building H3, part of West Gate Business District, in Bucharest, got the highest certification level of the IMMUNE Building Standard. The offices, owned by Genesis Property, are fully occupied by telecom company Ericsson.
