Mihai Păduroiu is CEO of the Office and Commercial Division at One United Properties (BVB: ONE), a leading Romanian investor and developer of residential, mixed-use and office real estate. He joined the company in 2019, following a career with major international real estate consultancies. With 20 years of experience in real estate, Mihai has been involved in numerous relocation processes for multinational and local companies. He began his career in the industrial sector and has worked through several distinct market cycles, including the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic. At One United Properties, Mihai coordinates the leasing of the company’s office and commercial portfolio and oversees tenant relationships. The portfolio includes One Tower, One Cotroceni Park Office and One Technology District, the semiconductor R&D centre being developed for Infineon Technologies. Tenants across the company’s Class A office buildings include Infineon Technologies, Ford, Siemens Energy, Superbet, Equans and BAT Global Business Services. One United Properties currently holds an office and commercial portfolio of 155,000 sqm GLA. Mihai holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies and a certificate from Harvard Business School. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
