As a first-line manager he was involved in the development of 2,500 apartments, 3 hotels (4*, 5*) and 200,000 aqm net office space; the sale of 1,200 apartments; and the management of projects worth €1.5 billion. His references include HillSide Offices, Elysium and BudaPart: the largest neighbourhood-scale mixed-use project in the history of Budapest that won the 2022 FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Award. A founding member of the Hungarian BIM Association, and a former HuGBC board member, Mihály was listed 3 times among the TOP 50 most influential real estate market players by Portfolio, Hungary’s leading economic print and online platform.
