Zing, the largest paper distributor in Poland, has signed a lease agreement for 20,800 sqm in the multi-let facility at Panattoni Park Warszawa-Konotopa III. Experts from JLL advised Zing on the processes of selecting the location and negotiation of lease terms.

Zing is a Polish distributor of paper, printing substrates and packaging materials. The company has been present on the Polish market since 1991 and has a range of over 5,000 products, including packaging machines, flexographic films, and materials for visual communication. The company started operations in the logistics sector (door-to-door) in 2014. Zing has a fleet of delivery trucks, a network of central warehouses, three local warehouses and seven transshipment platforms across the country. Zing Group’s annual turnover is approx. 400 m PLN per year, and currently employs 150 employees in Poland.

"Seeing the potential of the Polish market, we are constantly expanding our product range, and adapting it to the needs and expectations of our customers. At the same time, we are increasingly focused on expanding  our presence in the e-commerce sector and strengthening the tools in order to provide a modern online customer service. We constantly focus on providing top-quality service, which is why expanding our warehouse space and optimizing the distribution process is of such key importance. The excellent location of the new logistics centre in the suburbs of Warsaw, next to the Konotopa junction, is an undoubted advantage of the investment. It will increase the speed of deliveries across the country, which is of vital importance to our customers", comments the Management Board at Zing.

Panattoni Park Warszawa-Konotopa III logistics centre consists of two modern warehouse halls totalling nearly 60,000 sqm. The park is optimally adapted to the warehouse requirements of customers from various industries. It offers the possibility to lease industrial space to both medium-sized and large companies.

"We are delighted that Zing, a leader in its industry, has once again placed its trust in us and entrusted us with sourcing the optimal solution for its warehouse facilities. Understanding the customer's needs is crucial in order to carry out all of the necessary analyses leading to the selection of the best investment. As Zing is rapidly growing, the company puts a great deal of emphasis on the proper adaptation of the technical equipment of its warehouses, which in turn ensures efficient service for both domestic and foreign customers. The modern Panattoni facility meets the quality, technical and location requirements", says Paulina Dziubinska, Senior Director at Industrial Agency, JLL.

"Park Warszawa-Konotopa III is located to the west of Warsaw, about 12 km from the city centre and 20 km from Chopin Airport in Okęcie. The attractiveness of the facility is demonstrated by both the high standard of warehouses (class A) and the modern layout of the buildings. The location, close to Warsaw, allows for orders to be quickly processed within the capital city, as well as being within easy reach of Poland’s other regions We are very happy that Park Warszawa-Konotopa III has successfully met Zing's expectations", emphasizes Sylwia Robakiewicz-Mokwińska, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni.
