Wallberg completed the first tower of the XCity Towers project developed in the northern part of Timişoara and the apartments were sold in full, the company announced.
Wallberg completed the first tower of the XCity. The first tower has a height of 15 floors and is currently the tallest residential building in use in the western region of the country. By the end of March, all the apartments of the future residents will be handed over. The first tower also has a 600 sqm office space.
In Tower Two, a building with a height of 16 floors, will feature 148 new apartments. The second phase will also have an office area of 700 sqm. Wallberg plans to complete the second tower of the project next year.
The company has built projects with an area of over 170,000 square meters built and investments exceeding €100 million.
