Uniq Logistic expands to nearly 50,000 sqm in MLP parks
Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź, increasing its total leased space from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

New leases
- Global AI has entered the Romanian market by leasing 600 sqm of office space within the Bucharest-based Tower Center International building owned by Globalworth. The transaction was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
- XXS GYM has signed a lease for over 850 sqm of space in the modern O3 Business Campus office complex, located on Opolska Street in the northern part of Cracow.
- Alior Bank has extended its lease at Ocean Office Park B in Kraków to accommodate its Private Banking Department. The deal, supported by brokerage firm CBRE, marks the final stage of a two-year consolidation of the bank's Kraków operations. Following the expansion, the bank occupies approximately 7,000 sqm within the Cavatina Group-owned complex.
New appointments
- Avison Young has strengthened its Polish leadership with three senior promotions. Patryk Błach ascends to Associate Director within the Investment Advisory Department. Kamil Głowienka has been named Senior Project Manager. Furthermore, Katarzyna Uzar becomes a Valuation and Innovation Specialist, tasked with integrating technological solutions and coordinating global departmental projects.
- Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
- Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
