The logistics operator from the LPP Group, the largest fashion company in the CEE region, has renewed its lease agreement for 31,800 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III. The owner of such brands as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay supplies stationery stores in Central Europe from the facility. 

Poland’s industrial sector slowed in 2023, but the market hopes to rebound in 2024. After the peak of take-up and supply in the so-called COVID period falling in 2020-2022, the logistics and manufacturing market has returned in many values to those observed in 2018-2019, says Axi Immo. 

Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of €25 million has been granted by mBank.

Panattoni has finalised the sale of two industrial developments near the administrative capital of the Lower Silesian region. Together, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South comprise a total area of almost 43,000 sqm. The price and the buyer have not been disclosed. 

Panattoni has completed the third stage of Panattoni Park Zielona Góra III which is now 80% leased. ECE Logistics remains the largest tenant with its largest single-location lease being in the centre. Furthermore, in the first half of 2024 the company is to occupy two more areas with a combined area of 410 sqm this time for office use. ECE Logistics uses the Zielona Góra location to service e-commerce clients. 

Panattoni is expanding its portfolio of locations in the Kraków region. In Niepołomice, the developer has commenced construction of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, which will be completed in May 2024. Omega Pilzno - a Polish logistics operator - has already leased the entire space.

CTP has started construction on three new business parks in Poland totalling more than 215,000 sqm of leasable space. The new parks in Łódź, Częstochowa and Bydgoszcz reflect CTP’s entry into new regional markets in Poland.

Panattoni has received its second loan from Alior Bank. This time, the developer was granted financing of almost €6.5 million to build a BTS project for Air Spiralo – a manufacturer of ventilation systems. 

Real estate advisory firms and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) expect Poland to relocate substantial manufacturing operations from Asia. Many nearshoring projects have already been launched, but such processes are very time-consuming and require complex preparations.

The Hungarian subsidiary of Panattoni Group has agreed to build a 32,000 sqm logistics centre for a large retail operator in a BTS project. The new facility will be built in the suburbs of Budapest and is scheduled to open in September 2025.
