In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

CTP has officially opened the new TitanX Engine Cooling factory at CTPark Opole in Poland. TitanX, the global supplier of cooling systems for trucks, has now launched its production operations in the OPO3 building, which is part of the CTPark Opole industrial and logistics complex. In doing so, TitanX has increased the previously occupied space by 18,320 sqm, consolidating all engineering processes in a single investment, which was built-to-suit by CTP.

LCP Properties, a developer of the small warehouse space (SBU) warehouses under the Multipark brand, has received another building permit for a project of this type, this time in Gdańsk. Multipark Gdańsk in the first stage has over 5,400 sqm of GLA with eighteen modules. The project is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

GLP announced has successfully acquired two logistics warehouses spanning a combined area of 37,600 sqm in Janki near Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.

The new property will offer 28,000 sqm of warehouse and 4,000 sqm of office in Üllő, which already hosts other major retailers. The construction is to start in January and handover is scheduled for the end of 2025 and the early months of 2026.

7R will introduce a battery energy storage unit at 7R Park Wrocław West II. This innovative solution is unprecedented in facilities of this type. It will allow for storing the energy and, consequently, a significant reducing of the carbon footprint.

Panattoni has recently launched construction work on the main European production plant for Maxcess in Łubowo near Gniezno and has now been awarded bank financing of around €10 million from Santander for this development.

The logistics operator from the LPP Group, the largest fashion company in the CEE region, has renewed its lease agreement for 31,800 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III. The owner of such brands as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay supplies stationery stores in Central Europe from the facility. 

Poland’s industrial sector slowed in 2023, but the market hopes to rebound in 2024. After the peak of take-up and supply in the so-called COVID period falling in 2020-2022, the logistics and manufacturing market has returned in many values to those observed in 2018-2019, says Axi Immo. 

Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of €25 million has been granted by mBank.
