Entalpia Europe, a provider of HVAC-R solutions, has become the first tenant of the Hillwood Łazy logistics centre. Entalpia Europe has leased 14,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,200 sqm of office space and will commence operations at the facility in Q3 2024.

Operating in the Polish market since 2016, Entalpia Europe offers a wide range of products including refrigerants, installation accessories for HVAC systems, ENTAsplit series insulated copper refrigeration pipes, copper straight pipes with the B construction mark, and 3E (Entalpia Europe Energy) brand heat pumps. The company has its main sales office in Warsaw and a production facility in Sieradz. Entalpia Europe is part of the international ICOOL Group and has been developing a European network of distribution and partners since 2020.

Hillwood Łazy is a logistics centre spanning over 47,470 sqm located just 22 km from the centre of Warsaw. Situated near national road No. 7 (Al. Krakowska) and expressway S7, it offers direct connections to the city centre, Warsaw’s southern ring road (S2), and the A2 highway.

Przemysław Matusiak, Managing Director of Entalpia Europe, states: "Leasing space in the Hillwood Łazy logistics park perfectly aligns with Entalpia Europe’s expansion goals, enabling us to enhance our logistics capabilities and better serve our customers. Hillwood’s commitment to quality makes it an ideal partner for our operations. We look forward to leveraging this partnership for mutual growth and success."’

At the Hillwood Łazy warehouse centre, Entalpia Europe will conduct key activities related to production, storage, and logistics. The warehouse space will be tailored to meet the company’s operational requirements, with plans for a two-story, representative office spanning over 1,200 sqm.

Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director of Hillwood Poland, comments: "We are pleased that Entalpia Europe has chosen our new logistics park in Łazy near Warsaw for its logistics operations. The Hillwood team will strive to customize the space to suit the client’s needs. Hillwood Łazy’s strategic location near the capital and major transportation arteries, along with its proximity to public transportation, ensures convenient access for future employees."

As part of its investment in Łazy, Hillwood has improved local road infrastructure, fully financed by Hillwood’s own funds. The road works included reconstruction and modernization, installation of lighting, and construction of pedestrian crossings, enhancing safety and comfort for users and nearby residents.

Entalpia was represented in the lease negotiation process by the consulting firm Colliers.

Katarzyna Madej, Associate Director in the Logistics and Industrial Space Department at Colliers, notes: "Our cooperation with Entalpia Europe focused on providing high-standard space tailored to the company’s activities and office centralization needs. We’re pleased to have met these requirements efficiently, thanks to Hillwood Poland’s flexibility and openness.".
