Real estate developer Park Properties has announced the start of construction works for SunLake Snagov Signature Collection, a high-end residential complex located on the shore of Lake Snagov, near Bucharest.

Romanian developer Bellemonde has announced the start of construction for Bellemonde Privée, a new residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest.

Victor Terheș, Sales Director at Bellemonde, talked to Property Forum about the strong demand for the company's first residential development in Pipera and the plans to start new investments in the same area due to high interest from premium homebuyers. 

Property developer Liebrecht & wooD has delivered a commercial building with mixed-use facilities in its villa complex based near Bucharest following an investment of €2.1 million.

Alesonor said it would kick off the development of Agora, the facilities component of the Amber Forest residential complex, which includes commercial, medical and sports investments. The developer has already secured a partnership with Pescariu Sports and has leased the first commercial space in the complex located near Bucharest.

HANN Development, owned by Turkish businessperson Bahri Büyükhanlı in association with Emre Büyükhanlı, has recently received the building permit for a residential project in a locality near northern Bucharest. 

Romanian property developer ICD Grup and a local investor have purchased a historic villa in central Bucharest from the George Soros Foundation for an undisclosed sum.
