Property developer Liebrecht & wooD has delivered a commercial building with mixed-use facilities in its villa complex based near Bucharest following an investment of €2.1 million.
The building spanning 1,080 sqm features a sales office of the developer, co-working spaces as well as a sports hall.
Patrick van den Bossche, Founder and Managing Director of Liebrecht & wooD, said the company will continue to invest in the Eastern region of Bucharest due to its strong growth potential. In the same area, the company has delivered a retail park.
Until now, the developer has invested €43.1 million in the villa complex, of which €12.9 million was invested in the project’s infrastructure and utilities network.
In the first phase of the villa complex, the company has completed 94 homes. Its long term goal is to reach 3,800 residential units and a population of over 13,000 people.
